Modifying Processor Name & Speed

No one knows which processor you are using in your computer. It can simply be seen by checking the properties of the computer. This provides an opportunity for you to show the false processor data. For example, you have Pentium IV processor of speed 3.00GHz. By a simple registry tweak, you can show like you are using core i5 processor of 3.20GHz. You can now brag  that you have i5 Processor as it is displayed in the properties of "my computer".
Properties Before Registry Tweak

Here is a simple trick to change processor name in windows properties display.
>> Press Win Key + R
 >> RUN box appears
 >> Type "REGEDIT" [without quote]
>> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > HARDWARE > DESCRIPTION > SYSTEM >   CENTRALPROCESSOR
>> In right hand side column- Right Click on PROCESSOR NAME >> Modify
>> Modify the value to whatever you want to display, it could be core i5 or simply your name.
 You have done it
Now check the properties again..you can see the changers!!
